くさい口臭の元！舌苔を除去するには？！

「舌の表面に白いものが付着している」と気になったことはありませんか？
舌の表面にある白いものは「舌苔（ぜったい）」と呼ばれるものです。
鏡の前で口を開けて舌を出したとき、舌が真っ白になっている、または黄色っぽくなっているという方は要注意。
通常ならば舌は赤いのですが、舌苔が蓄積すると舌は汚れてしまいます。

舌苔の大きな原因の1つである細菌は、乾燥した状態を好みます。
普段の生活で口を開けているクセがある人や寝ているときに口呼吸をしている人は、口腔内の乾燥が起きやすいため舌苔も蓄積しやすくなります。
また、ストレスや加齢によって唾液の分泌量が減り、口腔内の乾燥が進んで舌苔が増えるケースも少なくありません。

口臭を無くすためには、舌磨きをして舌苔を取り除くことが大切です。

もちろん舌磨きだけでなく、毎日丁寧な歯磨きを心がけることも肝心です。
口腔内の汚れや歯石が気になる、舌苔の蓄積が気になるという場合には、歯医者さんに相談するのもおすすめです！

肌にハリがなくなった、化粧のりが悪いなど、年齢とともにお肌に関する悩みは増えていくもの。
お肌の主成分であるコラーゲンが、弾力やハリに影響を与えていることは広く知られています。

が、実はそのコラーゲンが「歯茎」でも重要な成分であることをご存知ですか？

最近なんだか「歯茎が下がってきた」と感じている人がいたら、それはコラーゲンが関わっているかもしれません。

歯茎が下がる主原因は炎症による歯槽骨の吸収です。
しかし、歯茎に弾力を与えることにコラーゲンが関係するため、実はコラーゲンの減少も歯茎下がりの原因になります。

自分で出来る予防法は、ブラッシングによる歯茎のマッサージです。
ハブラシの毛先を歯と歯ぐきの境目に45度の角度であて、小刻みにみがくのがポイントです。
そうすることで、同時に毛先が歯周ポケット周辺の歯ぐきにあたり、マッサージ効果が得られます。

特殊なパウダーで歯を本来の白さに！

毎日しっかり歯磨きしているのに、着色汚れや歯垢で歯の黄ばみが気になるという方は多いのではないでしょうか。

そんな方に、歯科医院で行う「エアフロー」という頑固な着色汚れをジェット噴流で吹き飛ばす方法があります。

エアフローとは、特殊なパウダーを混ぜた水を、高圧エアー洗浄で歯に吹き付けて、歯の表面にこびりついたしつこい着色汚れを除去し、歯を清掃する方法です。
使用するパウダーは炭酸水素ナトリウムで、重曹と呼ばれるものです。

歯のクリーニングと併用することで、くすみを取り除き、歯の本来の白さを取り戻すだけでなく虫歯予防の効果も期待できます。
また、研磨剤を用いるわけではないので、歯の表面の傷を最小限に抑えることができるという利点もあります。

カメラストラップ☆矯正装置付け始めました！☆

2020年がスタートしましたね！！

今年の目標も何個か決めましたが、さっそくやりたいことの一つをかなえました☆

私の一眼レフのカメラストラップは、CANONと書いてあるものでしたが、数年前にカメラコーナーで見つけたストラップが可愛かったので、それをついに買っちゃおう♫と思い、探しましたが、販売してませんでした・・

なので１００均で似たような柄の生地をGETして、今のストラップに縫い合わせてみました。手作り感満載ですが、かわいい生地なので大満足です＼(^o^)／

こんなかんじで今年も小さなことから大きなことまで、やりたい事をどんどん叶えて、いろんなことに挑戦できる１年にします！！

歯の変色。実は乳歯の神経が壊死していた！

小さい子どもは、転倒したときにとっさに手が前に出ず、歯をぶつけてしまうことがあります。
ある統計によると、乳歯の外傷の発生率は20％にも及ぶといわれています。

歯を強打すると、そこが脱臼のようになります。
脱臼した歯はすぐに固まり、グラグラすることもなくくっつきますが、脱臼した時に中の神経が壊死しまうことがあります。
歯の中で内出血をしてしまった場合や、ぶつけた衝撃で神経が死んでしまった場合、歯の色が変わってしまうこともあります。

変色はぶつけてから２～４週後に現れることが多く、神経が壊死した場合はグレーに変わってくることが多いようです。

「神経の壊死」と聞くとびっくりすると思いますが、子どもの症状としては、よくあることです。

年齢によって、積極的に治療を行うほうがいいのか、それとも経過観察のほうがいいのか、歯医者さんと相談しましょう。

単に打って神経が死んでしまって、歯の根っこが細菌に感染していない様子であれば、永久歯に影響は出ないので、そのまま経過観察ということも考えられます。

一番まずいのは根っこの治療を始めるだけ始めて、歯の裏に穴を開けた状態から、治療を嫌がって中断することです。

お子さんの歯の変色が気になるとき、前歯を強く打った心当たりがあるときは、まず歯医者さんに相談してみましょう。

According to some statistics, the incidence of trauma to primary teeth is as high as 20%.

Dislocated teeth quickly solidify and stick together without wobbles, but when dislocated, the nerves inside may be necrotic.
If you have internal bleeding in your teeth, or if your nerves are killed by the impact of a bump, the color of your teeth may change.

Discoloration often appears 2 to 4 weeks after the impact, and it often turns gray if the nerve is necrotic.

When you hear “neural necrosis,” you may be surprised, but this is a common symptom in children.

Depending on your age, talk to your dentist about whether active treatment or follow-up is better.

If the nerves simply die and the roots of the teeth are not infected with bacteria, the permanent teeth will not be affected, so it may be possible to follow up as they are.

The worst thing is to only start the treatment of the roots and then stop the treatment with a hole in the back of the tooth, hating the treatment.
