先日、２冊本を買いました。
すごく参考になり、あっという間に１冊を読み終えてしまいました。
TVを見るより、本の楽しさをしみじみ感じました。
もう１冊も楽しみです♪

な、なんと！

3000万円なんですって！！
お口の中に家が一軒あるようなものです。

だから、歯みがきや歯医者さんへ行く習慣を子どものときから定着させるのってとても大事です。
とはいえ、歯みがきを嫌がる子は多いですよね。

子どもが歯みがきを嫌がるのは、食べ物でないものが口の中に入ってくることに違和感を感じるためです。

だから歯みがきのとき、いきなり歯ブラシを入れるのではなく、ほっぺや口を触りながら「次はここを磨くよ」など声掛けをすると不安感がなくなります。

実は、歯医者さんはうがい薬にとても詳しいです。
うがいとは、お口の中を洗浄することなので、当然といえば当然ですね。

この機会にうがい薬について、知ってもらえたらなぁと思います！
話題のイソジンは、昔からあるとてもポピュラーなうがい薬ですね。

このイソジンには、ポピドンヨードという有効成分が入っているので、ヨードアレルギーの人は使えません。

また、イソジンでは虫歯や歯周病を予防することはできません！

イソジンでうがいすることによって、お口の中のウイルスなどを除去しますが、虫歯菌や歯周病菌には効かないのです。

虫歯菌や歯周病菌などの悪玉菌を除去しないままでいると、特に高齢者など免疫力の落ちている人は誤嚥性肺炎にかかってしまう恐れがあります。

そうならないために、適切なうがい薬を使うようにしましょう！
①EO水（次亜塩素酸水）

専用の容器を使用し、歯医者さんが自家製で作ります。
医院内の消毒などにも使える優れもので、消毒が終わったら瞬時に水に変化するためうがいや洗顔などに使用することができます。

はちみつレモン☆夏のイベント大盛況でした！

こんにちは。原田歯科クリニック受付・トリートメントコーディネーターの高橋です。

本当に暑い日々が続いていますが、いかがお過ごしでしょうか？

この間、はちみつレモンを作ってみました！

材料、

レモン（適量）

はちみつ（適量）

瓶

です。

①レモンを塩揉みして、水で洗い流す

②皮ごとレモンを輪切りにする

③瓶にレモンを入れ、ハチミツをひたひたになるまで入れる

④冷蔵庫に入れ、1～2日たったらできあがり

☆水やお湯、ソーダで割って飲んだり、ヨーグルトにかけたりと

いろんな楽しみかたがあります☆

はちみつレモンは、美容効果や疲労回復、免疫力向上、殺菌効果など

いろいろな効果が期待されています！

マスクをとってもがっかりされないために！

マスク必須の時代を逆手にとって、お口の美人化、イケメン化を始めませんか？

今回は、マスクをとったときに引かれてしまう２つ目のポイントをお話します。
それは「歯並びが悪かった」です。
出っ歯だった、
歯並びがガタガタだった、

マスク必須の今、「マスク美人」や「マスクイケメン」なんて言葉があるほど。

人は、口元が隠れていることでマスクの下を勝手に想像してしまうものなのです。

だからこそ、マスク必須の時代を逆手にとって、お口の美人化、イケメン化を始めませんか？

マスクをとったとき、特に引かれてしまうポイントは２つあります。

まず１つ目は「歯が黄色かった」です。
食習慣や歯みがき習慣など、さまざまな要因で歯は着色してしまいます。

着色汚れを起こす食べ物・飲み物はなるべく避け、食べた後には、うがいをして歯への沈着を防ぎましょう。
そして出来るだけ早く歯みがきをしましょう！
