「舌の表面に白いものが付着している」と気になったことはありませんか？
舌の表面にある白いものは「舌苔（ぜったい）」と呼ばれるものです。
鏡の前で口を開けて舌を出したとき、舌が真っ白になっている、または黄色っぽくなっているという方は要注意。
通常ならば舌は赤いのですが、舌苔が蓄積すると舌は汚れてしまいます。
