先日久しぶりにバドミントンをしました！
気候も良くなり、スポーツをするのにいい季節です。
体を動かすことができて、とてもリフレッシュできました♪
先日友人と話している時に、歯の話から突然インプラントって何？と聞かれました。どうやらその友人の親戚がインプラントを考えているようです。
まずインプラント治療は、何かしらの原因で歯が抜けてしまったり、失ってしまったりした場合にできる治療の選択肢の一つで、人工の歯根（インプラント）を埋め込み、その上に人工の歯を装着する治療のこと。
失った歯と思って諦めていたのに、見た目や食事の時も気にすることなく元の生活ができるって素晴らしい！
そしてその治療後におススメしていることは、歯科医院での定期的な検診とご自身で行う歯磨きです。
歯磨きする際の歯ブラシは毛先の細いものを使う。フロスや歯間ブラシ、ワンタフトブラシ(通常の歯ブラシでは磨きにくいところにも届くように工夫された、小さな毛束の歯ブラシ)を併用して正しい方法で丁寧に磨くこと。
また一定の力で全体の汚れを除去できる電動歯ブラシもおススメです。
電動歯ブラシは角度を変えて歯に当てるだけなので、手が器用でない方やお年寄りまで簡単に使えます。
電動歯ブラシの中にはインプラントと骨との結合を強くしてインプラントの成功率を上げるタイプのものもあります。
テクノロジーの進化はすごいですね。

Some electric toothbrushes are designed to strengthen the bond between the implant and the bone, increasing the success rate of the implant.
