うがい薬が話題になっていますね。
実は、歯医者さんはうがい薬にとても詳しいです。
うがいとは、お口の中を洗浄することなので、当然といえば当然ですね。
この機会にうがい薬について、知ってもらえたらなぁと思います！
話題のイソジンは、昔からあるとてもポピュラーなうがい薬ですね。
このイソジンには、ポピドンヨードという有効成分が入っているので、ヨードアレルギーの人は使えません。
また、イソジンでは虫歯や歯周病を予防することはできません！
イソジンでうがいすることによって、お口の中のウイルスなどを除去しますが、虫歯菌や歯周病菌には効かないのです。
虫歯菌や歯周病菌などの悪玉菌を除去しないままでいると、特に高齢者など免疫力の落ちている人は誤嚥性肺炎にかかってしまう恐れがあります。
そうならないために、適切なうがい薬を使うようにしましょう！
①EO水（次亜塩素酸水）
専用の容器を使用し、歯医者さんが自家製で作ります。
医院内の消毒などにも使える優れもので、消毒が終わったら瞬時に水に変化するためうがいや洗顔などに使用することができます。
②コンクールF
これは、お口の中の虫歯菌・歯周病菌を減らしてくれます。
舌についている悪玉菌を除菌してくれるので、誤嚥性肺炎の予防に効果的です。
③SPT
歯周病に特化したうがい薬で、歯周病学会でも推薦しています。
