オーダーしてからスパイスを炒めるので、店中がスパイスの香りで幸せでした♪

全国的に花粉が本格的に飛散しはじめましたね。
花粉症で悩んでいる方も多いのではないでしょうか？

実は、花粉症と歯周病の間にも深ーい関係があるのです。
「花粉が歯に影響を与えるの？」と驚かれるかもしれませんが、そうではありません。
花粉症の症状の一つである、「鼻炎」によって引き起こされる「口呼吸」が歯周病に関係しているのです。
花粉症になると、鼻水や鼻づまりで鼻呼吸がしにくくなり、必然的に「口呼吸」が増えるため、お口の中は、思っている以上に乾燥します。
お口の中は、唾液で潤っていないと細菌が繁殖しやすくなります。

また、正しい歯磨きができていない場合、歯と歯肉の間に汚れがどんどんたまっていきます。
そのまま改善されなければ、歯肉が腫れたり、出血したりする「歯肉炎」になり、やがて、歯を支える骨が溶けて「歯周病」になってしまいます。
唾液は、食べ物の消化吸収を助けるだけでなく、歯や歯肉を細菌から守る働きもあります。
もし、花粉症で口呼吸になってしまう場合は、唾液量を増やすために、ガムを噛んだり、水分をこまめに摂るようにしましょう。
また、歯磨きはいつも以上に丁寧に心がけましょう！
