ジュースや清涼飲料水に、大量の砂糖が含まれていることは知っていますか？
500mLペットボトルのりんごジュースでスティックシュガー６本分、
清涼飲料水では10本分、
炭酸ジュースではなんと18本分にもなります！
甘い飲み物には砂糖がたくさん含まれているということですね！
では、甘い飲み物でなければむし歯のリスクはないのでしょうか？
実は、無糖や糖質ゼロでも、むし歯リスクになる飲み物があります。
それは、「炭酸水」です。
糖質がゼロでも、酸性度が強いものは歯を溶かす心配があるからです。
歯の表面のエナメル質は口の中が㏗5.5を下回り、酸性に傾くと溶け始めます。
この酸性の状態が長く続くと、歯の再石灰化が行われず、歯の表面は弱くなる一方です。
そのうち歯に穴が開きむし歯になってしまうでしょう。
炭酸水は美容効果も多く報告されているので、好んで飲む人も多いのではないでしょうか？
むし歯にならないためには、長時間にわたって飲み続けたり、水代わりに飲むことを控るようにしましょう！

In fact, there are drinks that are sugar-free or sugar-off, but at risk of tooth decay.
It is “sparkling water”.
Even if there is no sugar, strong acidity may melt your teeth.
The enamel on the surface of the teeth is below ㏗5.5 in the mouth and begins to dissolve when it becomes acidic.
If this acidic condition continues for a long time, the tooth will not be remineralized and the tooth surface will only weaken.
Eventually, the tooth will have a hole and become a tooth.
Since carbonated water has been reported to have many cosmetological effects, many people may prefer to drink it.
To avoid getting sick, try to keep drinking for a long time or refrain from drinking instead of still water!
