年末年始のおうち時間、写真の整理をした方も多いのではないでしょうか？
昔の写真と見比べて、歯並びが悪くなっていませんでしたか？
それ、気のせいではありません！！
実は、歯並びは徐々に変化しているのです。
歯が動いて歯並びが悪くなる原因は、たくさんあります。
・親知らずが他の歯を押している
・歯ぎしりによって強い力がかかっている
・姿勢が悪い
・かみ合わせが均等でない
・歯周病によって骨が退縮している
・歯の矯正を中断した
歯並びが悪いまま放置すると、ほかの歯に負担をかけたり、顎関節症の原因にもつながります。
どちらか片方だけに体重をかけたり、バッグを決まった方の手で持つ、などの癖がある人も要注意です！
また、セラミック治療後や矯正治療後も歯は多少動くため、しっかりと定期健診を受けて歯医者さんに確認してもらいましょう♪
美しく健康な口もとを長くキープするためにはとても大切なことです。
