学校や歯医者さんで歯の検診を受けているとき、歯医者さんが呪文のように記号や番号を言うのを聞いたことがありますか？
この呪文のような番号は、いわゆる「歯科用語」というやつです。
今回は、この歯の呼び方について、少しご紹介したいと思います♪
乳歯も永久歯も、生えている場所によってそれぞれ番号が振られています。
乳歯の場合、「ABCDE」の５つのアルファベットを使います。
真ん中の前歯を中心に、A、B、C…と左右対称に呼んでいきます。
例えば右側下の一番奥の歯なら、「右下E」となります！
永久歯の場合は、「１２３４５６７８」の８つの数字を使います。
呼び方は乳歯と同様に、真ん中の前歯を中心に左右対称に呼んでいきます。
ちなみに、８番は親知らずなので、生えていない場合もあります。
歯科健診を受けるときには、少し注意して聞いてみてくださいね♪
また歯の相談をするときに、番号で伝えていただくと「おや？！歯に詳しいな！」と少し嬉しくなります。

This spell-like number is what we call a “dental term.”
This time, I would like to introduce a little about how to call this tooth♪
The baby teeth and permanent teeth are numbered depending on where they are born.
In the case of baby teeth, we use the five alphabets of “ABCDE”.
Centering on the front teeth in the middle, A, B, C… I will call it symmetrically.
For example, if it is the back tooth of the right side bottom, it becomes “lower right E”!
For permanent teeth, use the eight numbers of “12345678”.
Like the baby teeth, the name is called symmetrically around the front teeth in the middle.
By the way, number 8 is wisdom tooth, so it may not be born.
