ソフトクリーム☆フッソについて

今日は虫歯予防のフッソについてお話します。

フッソは普通の歯磨き粉にも含まれておりますが、最も効果的なのは歯科医院で高濃度のフッソを定期的に塗ることです。原田歯科クリニックでは、主に定期検診の際にフッソを最後に塗布することができまして、フッソは３ヶ月に１度、定期検診のタイミングで塗布できます。初めてくるお子様などでも、初日にフッソを塗ることも可能ですので、ご連絡・ご予約の際にお申し付けください。

また、フッソを塗ることができる対象年齢ですが、歯が１本でも生えていれば、塗ることは可能です。虫歯に最もなりやすい時期は、歯が生えてから2～3年の間と言われています。ですので、歯が生えてからすぐにフッソを塗ることが重要になってきます。

歯肉の再生手術で若々しく（２）

原宿の「みのりんご」というカレー屋さんに行ってきました♪
キーマカレーがとっても美味しかったです。
店名の「りんご」にちなんで、帰りにりんご飴をプレゼントしてくれます！
辛いカレーを食べた後にはうってつけです！

前回、歯肉を再生する歯肉移植手術法の技法について、板取がご紹介しました。
その中で最も一般的な「遊離歯肉移植術」がどのように行われるのか、解説します！

遊離歯肉移植術は、大体2時間程度で終えることができます。手術の流れはこうです。

STEP1：移植部分の確認

歯の根元が露出している部分を中心に、歯肉の移植を行います。
他にも歯茎が硬く、痩せている部分も移植場所の対象となります。

STEP2：歯肉の剥離・縫合

移植する歯肉は上顎の口蓋を剥離します。必要なサイズに合わせて剥離し、
移植部分に縫合していきます。

STEP3：移植した歯肉の癒着

縫合部分は1週間ほどで癒着します。
術後の経過をみながら抜歯を行なえば、遊離歯肉移植術の完了です。

遊離歯肉移植術の手術は、麻酔を使用して行うので痛みを感じることはありません。
また、術後は移植部分がしみたり、縫合の糸が気になることもあると思いますが、術後はだいたい1週間程度で抜糸できます。

遊離歯肉移植術の手術が完了した後は、定期検診や歯磨きなどしっかり行い、大切な歯茎を守りましょう！

I will explain how the most common “free gingival transplantation” is performed!

A free gingival transplant can be completed in approximately two hours. The flow of surgery is this.

STEP1: Confirmation of transplanted part

The gingiva is transplanted around the part where the root of the tooth is exposed.
In addition, the gums are hard and the thin part is also the target of transplantation.

STEP2: Gingival detachment and suture

The gingiva to be transplanted peels off the upper palate. Peel to fit the required size,
Suture the graft.

STEP3: Adhesion of transplanted gingiva

The stitches will adhere in about a week.
If tooth extraction is performed while observing the postoperative course, free gingival transplantation is complete.

Free gingival surgery is performed using anesthesia, so you will not feel any pain.
In addition, after the operation, the transplanted part may bleed or the suture thread may be worrisome.

After completing the operation of free gingival transplantation, let’s protect your important gums by performing regular checkups and brushing your teeth!

歯肉の再生手術で若々しく（１）

先日、衛生士の齋藤さんから辛いラーメンをもらいました！
今夜食べようと思います♪

歯を支える歯茎が細菌や加齢による影響で、痩せて衰えることがあります。
歯茎が下がると歯周病リスクが高まるだけでなく、老けて見えてしまいますが、下がった歯茎は再生手術で改善できます！

歯肉を再生する手術は、歯肉移植手術法と総称され、いくつかの技法があります。

技法1：結合組織移植術

CTG法(connective tissue graft)と言われます。
上顎の口蓋を切開して、上皮をめくりその中の結合組織を採取して移植を行います。
この技法なら歯茎が痩せて薄くなっていても、健康な厚みにまで再生させることができます。

技法2：組織再生療法

GTR法(guided tissue regeneration)と言われます。
この技法では人工膜を用いて、空洞化した歯周組織の再生を促します。
歯周組織が再生された後は、再度切開して人工膜を取り除くことになります。

技法3：遊離歯肉移植術

FGG法(free gingival graft)と言われ、CTG法と似た技法になりますが、FGG法では上皮ごと移植を行います。
数か月経つ頃には移植部分と癒着して、しっかりとした歯茎になって再生されます。

技法4：ヒアルロン酸治療

シワ改善などに使用されるヒアルロン酸を、歯茎に注入して再生を促す技法です。
ヒアルロン酸の注入で歯茎に弾力を与え、歯肉に厚みを持たせることができます。
しかし、ヒアルロン酸は体内に吸収されるため、定期的に注入する必要があります。

現在のところ、歯科で行なわれる歯茎再生手術は、遊離歯肉移植術が一般的です。

Technique 3: Free gingival transplantation

It is said to be FGG method (free gingival graft) and is similar to CTG method, but FGG method transplants the entire epithelium.
Around a few months, it will adhere to the transplanted part and regenerate into a solid gum.

Technique 4: Hyaluronic acid treatment

This technique promotes regeneration by injecting hyaluronic acid, which is used to improve wrinkles, into the gums.
Hyaluronic acid injection gives the gums elasticity and thickens the gums.
However, since hyaluronic acid is absorbed by the body, it must be infused regularly.

Currently, gingival regenerative surgery performed in dentistry is generally free gingival transplantation

痛くないから大丈夫は間違い！

歯周病は痛みがなくても着々と進行しているものです。

実は来院された方に歯周病のお話をすると、ご自身で思っていた以上に進行していてビックリされる方が結構いらっしゃいます。
多くの方が「痛くなかったから大丈夫だと思っていた」「痛みが消えたから治ったと思っていた」と仰ることが多いです。

ここで大事なのが、歯周病は自然治癒することはありません。
歯周病は『Silent Disease(静かなる病気)』と表現されることがあり、ひどくなるまで病気と自覚されることの少ない病気です。

歯茎が腫れている状態では、歯茎は炎症を起こしてる状態なのですが、ここで重要なのが炎症の種類です。

痛みがある場合は急性炎症の状態だと思っていただければ大丈夫です。
例えば腕とか脚でこれらの症状が出ればすぐにわかりますよね？
しかしこれが歯茎だとなかなかわかりません。

慢性炎症の場合、緩やかにかつ持続的に進行している状態を指し、歯周病の症状はこれに属します。

ですから、痛みがないからといって油断せず、歯磨きの時の出血など、なにか違和感を感じたら一度歯医者さんを受診することをお勧めします。

むし歯予防にはフッ素が良い！
歯が生えたらフッ素塗布をしましょう！

…とよく言われますが、フッ素って何なんでしょう？

フッ化物とは化学的に合成されたものではなく、自然界に分布している元素です。
土壌や海水、動植物、肉・野菜・果物などの食品にも微量に含まれています。

フッ素がむし歯予防として良いとされる理由は、

・再石灰化の促進
・歯質強化
・細菌の酸産生抑制

の３つの効果があるからです。

歯の質を高める、つまり酸に強い歯にするためにフッ素はとても効果的なのです。
エナメル質の耐酸性が高くなると虫歯になりにくい歯が作られます。

ほとんどの歯磨き粉にもフッ化物が配合されています。
身近な虫歯予防はやはり日々の歯磨きです！
フッ化物配合の歯磨き粉を使用することで虫歯予防につながります。
さらに、歯医者さんでより高濃度のフッ化物を塗布することで、より効果が高まります。

フッ化物をうまく使用して虫歯予防をしましょう！

Because there are three effects.

Fluorine is very effective to improve the quality of teeth, that is, to make teeth resistant to acids.
