Smile design master Mikio Harada went to ISOI , international society of oral implantology annual meeting in Ochanomizu Sora city Tokyo .
This time I heard several lectures of German and Japanese implantologist.
Germany has a long history of implant dentistry .
Of course I learned a lot from German speakers but I learned more from Japanese dentists .
What I was interested in was about a immediate implant after extraction using Osstem system .
In that lecture the speaker Dr Toba recommended putting bone substitute before inserting implants .
I have decided to study more and more to contribute to patients and tell what I learned to my dental staff .
