【小さなお子さんをきちんと預かってもらえて働ける職場は意外に少ない】

先日,大昔に配偶者の転勤で引っ越すためやむなく原田歯科を卒業された歯科衛生士と話す機会がありました。原田歯科クリニックではプロの保育士さんがお子さんを預かってくれて、当日子供の急病で急に休んだり時間の融通をつけてくれたが、転居先の歯科医院ではそのような医院はないので、衛生士以外の仕事を探しているとのことでした。

原田歯科では当たり前のことが、他所では困難なのだなと思いました。小さなお子さんを預けて働いてくれる歯科医師、歯科衛生士のおかげで原田歯科クリニックは成り立っています。

お子さんを預かってくれる保育士スタッフはもちろん、チームの運営に携わるすべてのスタッフに感謝です。
